    Most staff was friendly but were pushy for tips and for you to buy products/services food and drink were very limited, booked and excursion and was cancelled, reson wasn't good enough

    An absolutely wonderful stay — made even more special by the people ❤️ We’ve just returned from an amazing holiday and honestly, we couldn’t fault our stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had such a lovely atmosphere and the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Our room was absolutely amazing — spacious, comfortable, beautifully kept and cleaned to a really high standard. Our cleaner was such a lovely person and always made sure everything was perfect for us. It really was appreciated and made coming back to the room each day such a pleasure. A special mention absolutely HAS to go to Naim, our waiter. From the very first evening, he was fantastic. He looked after our table and drinks every night, always knew what we needed and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. He was so friendly, attentive and welcoming, and his service really made our evenings. He is a real credit to the hotel and deserves a huge thank you for making our holiday that little bit more special. ❤️ Another massive thank you has to go to ALL of the entertainment team. They work incredibly hard, day after day, and you can really see how much effort they put into creating such a brilliant atmosphere. They are constantly busy, getting everyone involved, entertaining guests and making sure there is something going on for everyone. They bring so much energy and personality to the hotel. A particular shout-out to Goofy and Syno — you two were absolute stars! 😂❤️ You brought so much fun and energy and really helped make the holiday memorable. But honestly, a huge thank you to the entire entertainment team because every single one of you deserves recognition for how hard you work. You make such a difference to the atmosphere of the whole hotel. We also visited the à la carte restaurant, which was a lovely experience. The food, service and setting were all wonderful and it was a really nice change of pace during our stay. And another big thank you to the lifeguards, who were brilliant. They were always attentive, helpful and approachable and couldn’t do enough for guests. It was reassuring to know they were there, while still being so friendly and welcoming. Overall, what really made this holiday for us wasn’t just the beautiful room, facilities or food — it was the people. The staff work incredibly hard and so many of them genuinely go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable, looked after and welcome. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so special. ❤️ We have come home with some lovely memories and would happily return. A huge thank you again to Naim, Goofy, Syno, the entire entertainment team, our lovely cleaner, the lifeguards and everyone else behind the scenes who works so hard to make the hotel what it is. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves! ❤️🌴☀️

    The hotel and staff were simply great. Everyone was polite and welcoming Lot of food with great variety and great taste. Lot of drinks included in the all inclusive package (I love now Thibarine) Amazing entertainment team. A great family place
