    The hotel was great food was excellent staff were great really helped us. But the room we booked wasn’t the room that was illustrated in photos online the room was dirty especially the bathroom we had issues with the shower the whole thing came off the wall luckily it happened when I was in the shower not my 8 year old grandchild who was with us so dangerous. The single beds in the room for children were sofa beds not single beds which they look like single beds in illustrations my 8 year old grandson had to share with myself and his grandfather beds not big enough for him and he is only 8. Notice that the lounge was kept clean cobwebs died flies on windsills and the free help yourself drinks in the water park area wasn’t kept very clean these are only a few areas that I notice

    “Super wakacje. Polecam.”

    Hotel oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Czysto, super serwis. Obsługa responstwna. Dawno nie spotkałam się z takim podejściem do czystości w hotelach rodzinnych, all-inclusive. 5 basenów, każdy znajdziecie coś dla siebie. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne , a jedzenie w restauracjach a la carte przepyszne. Moja siedmioletnia córka zachwycona basenami, animacjami i opieką w Kids Club.

    “Pokój rodzinny 126”

    Pokój otrzymalismy na parterze w jednym z budynków . Nr pokoju 126. Lokalizacja - blisko wszedzie. Do basenu 20m , do restauracji 70m, aqua park 40m idealnie. W pokoju klimatyzacja indywidualna .drugi Pokój oddzielony przesuwaną ścianką . Z drugiego pokoju wyjście na spory balkon do okoła którego dużo zieleni oddzielającej balkon od chodnika. W pokoju telewizor (brak polskich kanałów tv) lodówka, stoliki szafki jak w normalnym pokoju hotelowym. W łazience wanna .Pokój otwierany kartą.
