Tipp

The hotel was very well maintained employees very polite and guest focused. Adult only experience . Only query was food very repetitive and lacked seasoning bland mushy. would sooner less types of meals and better execution. catering for up to 250 people isnt easy I know.

Food not to my liking, had far better. Lack of waiter service during the day and early closure of bar service.

Not happy with room we were allocated on arrival. On check in we were told that they had upgraded our room to pool view in quite area. On the first night we noticed that there was a water leak from the bathroom. Next morning we reported this to the reception. Nothing was done for two days until further reporting to TUI rep on duty. They manage to change our room which wasn’t great but we accepted it. On return to the room after dinner the bathroom was flooded and water had sipped out of the room. We tried to ring the reception but there was NO answer. We went to reception and the guy was so engrossed in his mobile phone that we were there until one of staff from far shouted to attract his attention. He said there was a fault he couldn’t hear the phone ringing but we later found out that there was nothing wrong with their phone. We were given an option of another room but we refused it as it was nearly midnight by then. For the next few days nothing was done about it or not once we were asked if the leak was sorted. The duty manager next day supposed to contact us but he never did. Apart from leaving bottle of sparkling wine in the room no one bothered to ask once how we were doing. In the previous room there was a problem with the safe. This was supposed to be our Anniversary but it was ruined totally. This hotel is NOT four and half star as described. They may have facilities but the rooms are terrible. There was curtain hanging on one side which was also reported but nothing was done about that either. When we went to report the water leak we also reported that there mosquitoes in the room. The receptionist on duty asked my wife how many mosquitoes were there. This was the bizarre question from the guy. We couldn’t believe what he was asking. We asked if they had mosquito spray that when he asked he if we know how many mosquitoes were there. Was he going to give us mosquito repellent based on how many mosquitoes were there? The whole experience has ruined our holiday. We will be planning to visit Morocco again next year but will not book with TUI.
