    Recommended

    Experience overall good, staff were fantastic and the evening entertainment was generally very good. Didn’t manage to get a sunbed at the main pool as no intention of getting up at 7 o’clock to get one! food was very good particularly in the à la carte restaurant disappointed though with the drink options basic local beers no branded drinks unless you wanted to pay an extra €10. Slightly shocked to arrive and have to fork out £250 tourist tax yikes.

    Not ok that sun loungers by pool are reserved by same people ALL THE TIME... couples tag team so one sits while the other goes to breakfast.. excluded us completely from ANY poolside activities. Other travellers treated staff appallingly. Germans allowed to smoke cigars and the rest of us had to tolerate this?? Staff in restaurant generally only acknowledged/fawned over older guests or single women. Towels were at times holey or threadbare. Ran out of glasses in bar frequently. Ran out of bathmats frequently so told to use hand towel on floor.

    Great experience, fantastic entertainment, beautiful accommodation, okish drinks but only gin was premium, friendly staff. If you tip staff you'll be treated like royalty! If your like us and tip at the end, you'll be forgotten.
