    Recommended

    The TUI Blue Entertainment team were amazing. They really did go the extra mile. Our almost 3 year old loved every minute of it. Special thank you to Nicole who made our daughter’s holiday so special. What an amazing asset to have in your TUI Blue team. The accommodation was good. Food & drinks were decent. The hotel staff (Waiting Staff were rude and not friendly at all). Also the swimming pools were freezing cold that my daughter didn’t make the most of them. Also last 2 days of the holiday were the end of season so not all amenities were available so I do think maybe you should have the last flight leaving a couple of days before as we had to leave the hotel to find amenities elsewhere.

    Rooms were always clean and had everything we needed and topped up daily. Some of the restaurant staff were rude however some were fantastic especially with a 3 year old. Some facilities were not available without being informed. Site had lots of different options when open. Food some days was fantastic others not so great. Lots of options for drinks including mocktails which was fantastic.

    The hotel had already ‘closed’ certain aspects of the hotel ready for end of season, there was no where for customers to get away from the ‘noise’ no open quiet bar in the evenings, yet had loads of bars open during the day! The pools were freezing cold and the sun beds very uncomfortable. All the entertainment was kids based and very loud. The Taverna restaurant - food was lovely but the whole experience rushed, given a lot of mixed starters then because the main course was ready had to leave starters to eat mains as I say very rushed, needed breaks in between for a more relaxed experience.

    Whilst the hotel was lovely and clean many things on this particular holiday were detrimental to our visit. On arrival at the hotel at around 4am a line was drawn on a hotel map telling us where our room was and then we were left to find it ourselves with no assistance in the pitch black. The 4 pools were absolutely freezing. I have never been to a resort where nobody at all went in the pool more than once . We were not informed that our holiday week was the last week of this hotels season. Many of the excursions were not available at the end of the week, the only shop on site closed completely on Tuesday and close before the advertised time on Monday .
