    Overall, I would say that the hotel is adequate in meeting the needs of families; however, the facilities and overall appearance are quite outdated. The hotel would benefit significantly from modernisation and refurbishment to bring it up to contemporary standards. While the hotel has great potential, it feels as though certain areas have been left behind and would benefit from a much-needed refresh to enhance the overall guest experience.

    My responses are linked to my experience of having a disabled child. I had to make complaints to get a suitable room when though tui were aware of my sons needs at the time of booking. I had to strip the bedding to make sure clean bedding was replaced, otherwise it was a quick tidy up by cleaners. The location was isolated so was stuck in the hotel. The transfer to hotel took over an hour which was not suitable for my son. The return transfer took 2hrs which was ridiculous. The food was repetitive and by the time we left it was good from days ago that was being made into different recipes. Entertainment bu the swimming pool was overly loud , I have no issues with loud noise but this was to the extreme and was not suitable fur my son.
