Where you got your drinks at the outside bar it was swamped with wasps , the food hall down the far end was swamped with flies

It was absolutely what we expected. Very clean and tidy, spacious and in a brilliant location for the pool and restaurant etc. Would definitely book again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing family holiday! We absolutely love this hotel! It is so family-friendly, and there are so many things to do even with a baby. We have felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The food is amazing and very diverse, with a great combination of delicious local dishes and international options. There is something for everyone, and everything we tried was really tasty. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. The entertainment has been great, with plenty to enjoy throughout the day and evening. Our apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location, very close to the pool, which is especially convenient when travelling with a little one. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay. A wonderful place for a family holiday, and we would definitely come back! ❤️

Initially it was terrible . Ants cockroaches and flys. Second room was better .

Although the area of Es Canutells is very quiet, our four night stay was sufficient. Our apartment was a lovely pleasant surprise, large and spotlessly clean. The food was of high quality and they catered for everyone's taste. There was no concerns at the pool side area, plenty of sun beds and clean towels on hand.
