    The fact that I was never communicated with at all by TUI that half my accommodation was closed. 3 restaurants and 2 pools. Bars closed too. Really disgusting. It was falsely advertised. Disgusting

    Room decor was tired. Beautifully cleaned daily. Gardens immaculate. Seaweed not cleared from whole beach. Sun loungers on beach very uncomfortable and old. Staff amazing. Tui rep Andrea fantastic. Best welcome meeting ever and nothing too much trouble. Food good

    Initial room great size although very dark and dingy with dated furniture and bad lighting. Clean room although needed a refresh and update.. When we had rain there was rain dripping from ceiling fan. When we had a storm the whole of the floor flooded from water via the patio door. Had to have room change. Dealt with promptly by hotel staff. Upgraded free of charge to premium suite. Lovely big rooms but smelt very damp as soon as the door was opened. Great view over the pool which was for use by premium suite customers. Lovely big pool. The damp smell in the room remained throughout the remainder of holiday and sheets often felt damp too. Came home with a cold! Clean room and housekeeping were good although it could do with a refurb and a good airing. All clothes came back smelling of damp (after being shut up in case for return flight). The grounds of the hotel were amazing and the food offered was very good. Very poor communication on the hotel app to show which restaurant was open each evening. Not all were opened each day so there were limited options. There wasn’t much entertainment in the evenings. The golf buggies offering transport around the site were brilliant and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would I stay again ? …. Yes if the hotel underwent a refurbishment of room decoration and fixtures and fittings. Travelled with friends who had to pay for an upgrade to premium suites in order to be with us and make use of the premium pool. They were not allowed to use it, or join us if they didn’t pay for an upgrade. We travelled together as one party so we were given no option if we wanted to spend time together. Think the hotel could have easily given them a pool pass.

    Tired and dated, needs a considerable uplift. Windows, safe didn't work. Cracked tiles and worktop in kitchen. Dodgy wiring in bedroom.

    We up graded to a junior suit with sea view. Couldn’t not fault the room, cleanness was very good, staff were friendly and helpful went above and beyond. The generator near our room when it was used very noisy and kept me awake all night . Food was terrible very poor quality food cold or Luke warm . À la carte breakfast was enjoyable the Italian was ok all other restraunts not good at all. Will not be booking a TUI Blue Hotel again as this is the second one we have been to and it’s not being good, will stick to RIU Hotels in future.
