    “Antalya Side”

    we zijn al voor de 4 keer naar Antalya en het was heel mooi hotel TUI Blue Barut Andiz en het was vriendelijke personeel. het was ook zalige zwembad en ook lekker eten . we gaan ook volgende jaar terug naar Turkey. gr Annemie en Jacky

    We travelled as a party of 8 and had a fabulous time from start to finish. Normally on a 14 day holiday, I'm ready to come home after 10 days but I could have stayed here for another 2 weeks as the overall standard of the hotel was the best I've experienced. The staff, and particularly the Manager Savas, were always a step ahead. Savas, was always present, keen to engage with the guests, he was polite, funny and always making sure the guest were having a great time. One of our party members had a birthday during the holiday and when we spoke to reception about making it special, they had already considered it.........excellent! We had two visits to the speciality dining and the Manager made arrangements for us to have a third visit........excellent! The bar Manager George, was an absolute gentleman, he works so hard keeping the drinks flowing and always took the time to chat with the guests whilst he was working.....what a great person he is. The waiter who takes orders and serves drinks to the guests around the pool from morning til night was also a star for us, he was always very polite and wanted to make sure the guests receive their refreshments without having to walk to the bar.......he provides a great service! The person who stood out for us was Dogan, who was part of the entertainments team.........what a character! Always happy with a great personality and he was skilful at all the sports he was involved with......we will miss him...........he's an absolute credit to the hotel. I just want to say that even though we have mentioned a few names, all members of staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and valued......this is something I can't say for other hotels I've visited and because of this, I feel obliged to write about our experience. From the food to the hotel cleanliness and service, the hotel did excel........thank you Barut Andiz, we won't forget this experience in a hurry!
