    The accommodation was not a five star. It definitely needed maintenance in terms of how run down it looked. The clientele was also fairly rough with people drinking alcohol and smoking in the pool, this was not challenged by the hotel staff. The service was poor, with dirty plates left around your table due to lack of staff. The cleaners who came to the rooms, left rubbish out and did very little. The entertainment was limited and overall the place was dirty and unclean in areas. I will also be writing a complaint directly to TUi

    A big, clean hotel with plenty of space for guests (pool, beach, sunloungers, meal times). Geat food and friendly, helpful staff. The view from our room balcony was breath-taking!
