Lovely and clean spacious apartment. Peaceful and quiet.

Prime location, cleanliness,gardens beautiful . Friendly staff.

Our accommodation was overall really good the grounds etc were kept immaculate just our room wasn’t cleaned , only changed towels once and bedding

Place was big and clean though sheets and towels well used. Service to rooms good. We had great Wi-Fi and was in a good position on first floor. Furniture was good with lots of wardrobe space and comfy settee. Staff helpful. Problems reported were sorted within an hour. View from room over the pool with changing light colours at night was good. Small bar but friendly staff. We could have done with a tea/coffee milk pack available, free or to buy as we arrived at 1.30am and everything was closed. So couldn’t even get a hot drink. But think that was the only fault. We had a really good time. Walked, ate swam caught buses and water taxi, and rode the noddy train. All helped by knowing we were in Tui’s safe hands.

Clean and comfortable though a little dated . Pool area always kept clean . Bar could do with improvement and the only toilet in the bar was disgusting … no soap or towels and dirty. The room was not cleaned during our weeks stay although bins were emptied . We had to ask for toilet roll at reception a few times . No cleaning products or t towels provided . In spite of the above , it was a very pleasant holiday snd yes I would recommend it if the few niggles could be adressed
