    We have returned to the TRS, but this time was in low season. There was a stark contrast with the staffs lack of understanding of English in several restaurants. The majority of the staff are friendly and accommodating, but as always there are a few that let the side down. One night we had to leave La Lola after 1Hr 40min and still sat without food. The lobby bar also left us 5 mins, acknowledged our presence but without serving us while 3 bar tenders stood around chatting and laughing. I did make a complaint via the Butler. But heard nothing in respect of feedback or an apology. That aside TRS is a pretty good hotel, their restaurants are good, the Palladium’s are pretty poor in comparison, in respect of both food quality and service. Seaweed on the beaches was a problem, but either the hotel or contractors, worked tirelessly to remove it before the next high tide.

    Was nice just didn't like the fact that didn't feel safe going beyond the complex and also no lobster has stated .

    Original room ok but on the first flooir. The buttler decided the stairs were unsuitable for my partual disability and we were moved to a ground floor room on our second day. This prooved to be an older room not thr quality we expected or paid. Water leaks screws missing all sorted in hours. I am 81 years old and prefer a room remote from the pool music very loud from approx 1030 am and the pool entertainment in the afternoon. Siting on the terace was not alweys a good option
