    “Hygiene mangelhaft”

    Für ein 5Sterne Hotel war die Hygiene mangelhaft. An drei Tagen mussten wir die Reinigung des Zimmers anmahnen, weil sie bis 17 Uhr noch nicht durchgeführt worden war. Auch nach der Reinigung war der Boden voller Staub, der Spiegel wurde tagelang nicht geputzt. Auch im Restaurant waren die Tische oft nicht bzw. nicht gründlich geputzt. Beim Abräumen der Teller heruntergefallene Essensreste wurde vom Servicepersonal aufgehoben.

    Firstly, is the standard of food which was absolutely superb, from breakfast, to lunch and dinner. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Towels were top quality and replaced daily. Daily maid service, very thorough, like fairies they did their magic whilst we enjoyed our holiday. L'occitane toiletries were a lovely surprise. The butler service to book into the Mediterranean and Steak restaurants was excellent, we dined several times with no restrictions unlike other AI hotels. The Food truck at the bottom pool was scrumptious, quick service, food cooked to order, small menu and presented well. AI cocktails, bar drinks and wine were of a very high standard. The Gravity Bar was the icing on the cake, amazing sunsets to view with a cocktail or two. Happy and friendly staff who take pride in their roles. Exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Trs Ibiza was the best all inclusive holiday I’ve been to to only slight downfall was the entertainment but that didn’t spoil our holiday
