    Got food poisoning from the buffet restaurant, entertainment was good, trips were okay not much we could do as wife being pregnant and all trips were not suitable, we booked a shopping trip through tui it didn’t turn up so he re booked it and it didn’t turn up again so he got someone to come back and get us so wasted about 3 hours of our days waiting around and turns out it was a trip to one shop felt like we were told wrong information.

    The accommodation was fine for the price paid and overall we are happy with it. But a few things let it down that means we would not return or recommend. The service was mostly poor, felt like you had to tip first to get a good experience from the staff - some seemed unhappy to be there. The food was ok, for an all inclusive and the price, but was a bit underwhelming and it was super difficult to book onto the restaurants during our stay.

    The outside area of the hotel is amazing, freely walking peacocks, iguanas, ducks, geese. Very green and pretty. However the pools had some king of chemicals in them that coloured our clothes in greenish colour. Small food buffet, not too many options to choose from, sometimes very crowded and they would finish the food while still in service. Snack bar very bad, burger meat tasked strange, fries dry, not even pizza as an option. Rooms need fixing, half broken bed lamps. And the worst of all that we didnt have hot water in the hotel dor 3-4 days.

    The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, the rooms were cleaned and prepared daily, replenishing any used drinks or shower accessories. The food was of a good standard throughout all restaurants and buffets.
