The outside area of the hotel is amazing, freely walking peacocks, iguanas, ducks, geese. Very green and pretty. However the pools had some king of chemicals in them that coloured our clothes in greenish colour. Small food buffet, not too many options to choose from, sometimes very crowded and they would finish the food while still in service. Snack bar very bad, burger meat tasked strange, fries dry, not even pizza as an option. Rooms need fixing, half broken bed lamps. And the worst of all that we didnt have hot water in the hotel dor 3-4 days.

The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, the rooms were cleaned and prepared daily, replenishing any used drinks or shower accessories. The food was of a good standard throughout all restaurants and buffets.

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr angenehm. Durch die gepflegte Anlage spazieren Pfauen und diverse Vogelarten, in dem sich anschließenden Mangrovenwald kann man Leguane und Wasserschildkröten beobachten, eine kleine elektrisch betriebende Bahn fährt regelmäßig, sodass auch gehbehinderten geholfen ist. Das Essen ist gut, die Angestellten sehr freundlich und die Animation ideenreich. Beachvolleyball wird täglich und verlässlich angeboten.

Omgivningen på hotellet är underbar och perfekt för både vuxna och barn. Djurlivet, nära till stranden och det fanns något för hela familjen. Personalen var bra men en som utmärkte sig var Marisol. Hon var underbar,omtänksam, lyhörd, serviceinriktad och väldigt duktigt på sitt jobb. 🙏 Sen kommer vi till vad som behövs bli mycket bättre är helt klart städningen, fick aldrig rätt antal handdukar, städningen skedde sent på eftermiddagen vilket var hopplöst. Rummet innan vi fick var väldigt risigt, fel konstruerad toadörr och rummet hade en väldigt unken/möglig lukt men vi fick byta vilket var bra. Dock behövs rummen en uppdatering. Wifi var under all kritik. 👎 Sen fanns det en del plattor vid barnpoolen som hade lossnat på en del ställen och även vissa gångplattor som jag hoppas de kommer fixa omgående. Maten på hotellet var inte varierad vilket blev väldigt tråkigt i längden. Hade varit kul med lite olika teman och mer vegetariskt vilket det inte fanns. Stranden var fin men fanns väldigt få solstolar som skulle behöva en uppdatering. Skulle man få en solstol så behöver man vara väldigt morgonpigg. Så flera solstolar är ett önskemål. Sen var det en del seaweed på morgonen som de tog bort men inte allt🤔 konstigt! Annars i det stora hela var resan ändå okej men finns mycket de behöver fixa för att pengarna man lägger ut ska matcha det som erbjuds.

The staff were not very friendly and only interacted when they were trying to sell stuff. You could not relax on either the beach or by the pool. On one morning I was asked about buying something 5 times before 9am - it was constant. The room was very dated and there was rubbish on top of the wardrobes (beer cans) which the kids could see when in the bunk bed the bottom of the bunk bed was also loose and the patio door did not shut completely. The food was terrible and it was hard to book the restaurants and we couldn't even get a meal at the Italian which was filly booked all week. Finally we asked for help with the luggage at checkout and were left for over 30'mins in midday sun and so we ended up walking up to check out. On checkout we found long queues for people checking in who all got welcome drinks but we didn't receive the same on arrival. The best thing about the place was the beach and so we would come back to the Dominican but not this hotel
