Loved the accomodation. The room was fabulous, all aspects of the hotel super clean/tidy. The staff were fabulous and friendly. The only slight negative was sometimes the very noisey teenagers until all hours banging doors etc. They were part of a youth organosation travel booking from Germany

Room was a decent size. Hotel was clean. Gym could be a lot better as it was way worse than what was shown in the photos. Food was okay but the whole full board and getting something to drink at the main restaurant was confusing as some days we could have a bottle of water being told we don't pay and then being told we had to? Needs to more clearer with whats included properly with this full board with non alcoholic drinks

Clean and well kept with areas fir everyone. Food was the ket down with food not being warm and not replaced quickly

The beds were to be fair VERY comfortable and the rooms clean, but the shower tray is designed to limit shower time but unfortunately it also limits your ability to shower after eachother without flooding the bathroom. Our shower head squirted more water on the ceiling that in the shower but they did fix that relatively quickly. Food and beverages. Beer - estrella GOOD All other options were a bit Meh vodka 30% not standard 37.5+ Half the options the place offered weren’t available to all inclusive guests. The solarium that the booking page offers isn’t open to all inclusive guests just “premium” but no chance was given to upgrade. The breakfast and lunch options were identical every day. The dinner menu varied slightly but consisted of what ever was left over from lunch or the night before in some form of sauce a lot of the time too. The entertainment in the evening wasn’t worth it. Tired and dated with no real wow factor. The daytime activities consisted of pool or billiards, suction cup archery. Pétanque, or aqua dance. Not exactly a large range. The bar area is out of date. The snacks for all inclusive have to be ordered and you get a look of you want something? And if you order more than one item you get quizzed on why. This hotel caters more for its pay as you go guests than it’s all inclusive ones and I think that you need to advertise that fact. If youre going on an all inclusive holiday it is to make it easy and free NOT to feel like you’re a pain in the staffs backside. There isn’t enough pool side Loungers and no where near enough umbrellas. Having said that the location and area are lovely. The pool and external area near the pool have been recently modernised and are nice.
