    We are a British couple both 36 with a 5 year old daughter. We stayed here for 7 nights in August, first time in Turkey. Positives * Hotel very grand * Hotel immaculate throughout * Staff attentive * Plenty of sun beds available * Family friendly * Children’s entertainers fantastic- we are not ones to leave our daughter in a kids club but they have a lot of activities which she wanted to take part in including tshirt painting (15 euros) the kids club is lovely and cool so a nice break from the heat for them. You can accompany them or leave them with amazing staff. * Before we came we had read the need to tip staff. It’s nice to do so, as they work hard, but we did not feel any pressure to do this. * The beach- the boat to the beach is fantastic, always one available there and back, takes 3 mins, very comfortable. On the beach is toilets, showers, food, drinks, ice creams, sun beds. There are Geese on the walk to the boat, We saw a chameleon and where the boat drops you off there is bread to feed the fish. * Ice cream - walls soft scoop in cones or packeted ice creams including cornetto’s all inclusive. * They look after the stray cats! With a house with beds and food and water bowls scattered around. * Shops available in the hotel - handbags, jewellery, convenience shop (choc, sweets, souvenirs, lilos, pool toys, suncream, baby essentials etc) * Hairdressers - our daughter had a braid which was lovely for 15 euros. * Spa - we treated ourselves and had a family spa experience- £200- my husband and I had hammam and massage whilst our daughter was with us having a chocolate treatment and massage! This was a nice experience and the Balinese staff treated our daughter so kindly. * The food available at all times - if the main restaurant isn’t open , there is the snack bar or the dim bistro so you can eat anytime, day or night. The variety is good too, you won’t get bored for a week. Also the kids Buffet and area is a nice touch, high chairs cleaned and sealed ready for the next person to use. * Flat white is the nicest coffee, which I only discovered on our last day. Swipe to the second screen on the coffee machines. * The pancakes at breakfast! And the chicken kebabs and then waffles at lunchtime at the snack bar that we had with chocolate and ice cream. * Beach towels available 8am-8pm * Children’s play area and availability of things for them to do- sand painting, kids club, mini disco, kids show, ride on cars (some chargeable) * Staff are great, cannot do enough for you - the hotel maids, the restaurant staff, the bar staff, shop keepers, grounds men, cleaners, guest relations all work very hard. * The pool party on Wednesday at 3pm, amazing, such a fun experience for us all! The lifeguards are very good. * Check out rooms - shower room is very handy if you are leaving for a late flight. Negatives * Main restaurant is ********** - the quality, variety and availability of food is very good. Ridiculously busy, people charging here, there and everywhere , by the end of the holiday we were just done with it. Getting your evening meal was like going to battle. Some very very rude people that do not know how to queue or basic common decency; that seemed to only ever come from the British! I’m not sure the staff can do much more- it’s a huge restaurant, very clean, difficult to get a table particularly breakfast and evening but once you do staff immediately check you have what you need and will get you a drink. * The lack of availability to get a coffee in the morning. I’m an early riser and most areas do not open until 10am. You can get one from the main restaurant but otherwise I struggled. More coffee machines about and on would be good. * The kids mini disco and show in the evening starts at 20:30 - 21:30. Most places we’ve been on holiday they are on the main stage and then the adult entertainment follows on from the kids. Here the kids entertainment is a stage at the furthest point of the hotel, completely isolated with no nearby toilets or bar. The inability to get a drink is frustrating and daft! * The photo shop in the hotel has a Lizard and a parrot. The lizard broke my heart, only appeared to ever leave its tiny cage for a photo, other than that it was in there day and night. Would we return? No. There is nothing wrong with this hotel and we had a very enjoyable stay however for us we think the hotel is too big and Turkey in August too hot for us!

    Room was never cleaned properly. Often bins would still be full, glasses still dirty, no toilet rolls or towels left.
