    Food was constantly cold tried reporting this on line on the app but didn't help was disappointed that there was no rep in the hotel as we got on our transfer at Burgas airport we was told there would be a welcome meeting on the Tuesday

    The hotel never changed out bed sheets throughout our stay. This was noticed as I spilt something on my sheets. The pool entertainment never changed daily, it was the same 3 activities throughout the whole period. The food was disgusting and made me the day of arrival, I then ended up regularly eating out. The food selection is also very limited. The indoor pool at the hotel appears to be slightly neglected, where the water has been sat you can see it hasn’t been cleaned properly around the pool edges, the indoor pool is also extremely cold and the beds around is extremely uncomfortable. The room hairdryer facilities is like a hand dryer. Did not bring my own hairdryer and the one in my room just did nothing to dry my hair. The gym facilities are basic. The check out process was ridiculous, I was suppose to check out at Monday 12pm, you can extend the room checkout at extra cost which I was prepared to do, I asked on the Friday, to be told to come back Saturday, same thing happened on the Saturday and the Sunday, finally went back Monday morning to be told I can extend the room and check out at 6pm and to pay the fee upon checkout, a gentleman who works down reception then came to the room at 13:30 and told us we had to leave, I tried explaining I was checking out late which he did not seem to acknowledge or understand what I was saying, I told the staff at reception and they had it on paper we was checking out at 6pm so I’m unsure why we had to leave at 13:30, this therefore left us sitting in reception until 21:15 for coach pick up. The hotel staff didn’t communicate with throughout our stay and wasn’t really friendly. There was no TUI rep at the hotel, or none that visited whilst we was there, which is sad
