When we arrived late at night and showed to our room we were instantly disappointed first of all with the size of the room and lack of storage only three clothes hangers so we didn't unpack and decided to see reception first thing, when we spoke to the manager he was quite abrupt when we asked if we could upgrade which we were prepared to pay for but without even looking he just abruptly said no even though there was a deluxe studio showing available all week.we asked for more hangers but never got them so we had just leave our clothes folded and because of how small the room was we had to put our cases on the very small balcony which left us hardly enough room to sit outside the balcony was in the shade all day and the view we had was of step ladders and trollies and the hotel stores sheds..the bathroom was very small and rundown the shower head was filthy which my wife cleaned herself and the ceiling was open slatted timber showing wiring and insects .we have booked with tui on many occasions needles to say the managers attitude and lack of empathy and condition of the accommodation somewhat spoiled our experience
