Es sind separate Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Zustellbetten können angefordert werden. Außerdem sind ein Safe und ein Schreibtisch verfügbar. Clean and comfortable. It was late in the season and there was no evening entertainment. We were told this on arrival at the hotel, not beforehand by TUI

Prior to booking the holiday, I contacted your accessibility team to ensure I had a ground floor adapted room. The lady I spoke to was superb and contacted the hotel. I was told an adapted ground floor room was reserved for me. This was the reason I booked the holiday. On arrival at the hotel they tried to put me in a 1st floor room, still on crutches after major surgery it was obvious this was not possible. The receptionist, who turned out to be the hotel manager was very grumpy and not happy to have to make the change. I explained we had reserved their adapted room, he shrugged and indicated we follow him. We were lead to a tiny double, with a step up to the tiny shower which had no safety handles. This was not an adapted room. The bed was very low and I was unable to get out of it without assistance. I did complain to the hotel and to TUI through the app, nothing was done and there was no support. The hotel told me that the adapted room was occupied and TUI told me there was no adapted room
