    We were delayed going out of BHX, had to further wait for missing passengers on ‘transfer coach’. The restaurant at the hotel closed at 2200, therefore we had no facilities to get food (even though I had upgraded to all inclusive) the receptionist was not at all helpful. We found a coffee shop next to the hotel, where we managed to get some food, as Tunisa is a closed currency we had no Dinars, but luckily for us the coffee shop accepted major credit cards. The air conditioner in the room did not work during the day and it was 41 degrees , one time we called downstairs in the evening as the air conditioning wasn’t working, they said, someone will come up to the room to fix it but they never did. Furthermore, the television kept on cutting out, perhaps due to their electrical system or reception… I asked, for a flannel on several occasions but never got one. The food in the restaurant was very mediocre.

    Filthy hotel, pool disgusting full of flies and debris, house keeping terrible, food atrocious, flies on buffet food, worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life..

    Food choice was limited and cold, had to chase staff to make up room on a number of occasions. It would seem they hotel staff generally had been given a kick up the backside at some point as after there had been a clear ‘visit’ by auditors their attitudes changed
