    “Lombok”

    We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Oberoi and we can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming smile from the front desk staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly shown to our beautifully appointed Villa. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water, plush bathrobes, and high-quality toiletries. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The fitness center was well-equipped and maintained, and we made good use of the pool, which was a serene oasis. What truly set the Oberoi apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were always available to assist with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly chat. Furthermore thr hotel was incredibly child-friendly, the attentive staff who made our daughther to feel special and welcome. Overall, our stay at the Oberoi exceeded all our expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding amenities, and unparalleled service made it a truly unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We can't wait to return! The only small improvement we would suggest is to better showcase the available excursions and tour opportunities.     Alles nach Wunsch, jederzeit wieder. Zu erwähnen ist evtl., dass der Strand nicht wirklich nutzbar ist. Aber vom Schiffs Steg, gibt es snorkeling Möglichkeiten, auch stehen SUP und Kano zur Verfügung. Das Essen und den Service sind eins A.
