We booked a room with garden view. We were given a room overlooking the back of the tennis court. In fact the gardens were nothing to right home about and there were a number of areas of dead plants. We realised we didn’t want to spend 10 days in our allocated room so we asked to be moved. The next room was more spacious and had a sea view but cost another £800. The accommodation, whilst stylish, lacked thought. For instance, there was no hanging space for dresses and some of the shelving was too high to reach. The shower had a design fault which resulted in the floor flooding every time. The food in the hotel was very expensive (for Greece) and we ate in the village most evening as the choice in the hotel was either a set 5 course meal or a bar meal. The breakfasts were lovely though and the waiting staff delightfully. The Bay Hotel is quite remote and I would recommend hiring a car for a few days.

5 star TUI hotel, wasn’t garden room, but separate block from main body of hotel, overlooking a tired tennis court and uncared for greenery, also noisy air conditioner machine outside rooms

Very clean and well maintained with good facilities. Online however there were mention of more activities and entertainment which were non existent.

There was nowhere to put anything in the room, which was small, no drawers at all. We had ants. I complained but they were still there and when we unpacked when we got home, dozens ran out of the folds in our suitcases and all over the bed and the bedroom. Hotel food very expensive. Not a 5star hotel. But the breakfast was wonderful!
