    I honestly don’t know how this hotel can justify being classed as a 5★ establishment. In our experience, it was closer to a 3★ plus, and had we known what we were letting ourselves in for, we certainly would not have spent the money we did. Yes, there were positives. Our room and its location were fabulous, with direct access to the rooftop pool, our own sunbeds and a jacuzzi. The staff were also, without question, the biggest asset to this hotel. But sadly, good staff cannot make up for poor hygiene and standards. 🚨 HYGIENE — A SERIOUS CONCERN The bathroom cleanliness was simply unacceptable for a supposed 5★ hotel. The sink and surrounding grouting were dirty and mouldy. The base of the tap was dirty and rusty. These are basic cleaning standards — not luxury 5★ standards. And then there was our health. There were four of us travelling together and three developed severe stomach problems. I am writing this on day 10 and I am STILL suffering. I have been to my doctor and am currently waiting for sample results. For several days I was effectively confined to our room, terrified of being too far from the bathroom, feeling absolutely horrendous. We saved for an entire year and spent a considerable amount of money on this holiday. To end up lying in a hotel room, drinking water and eating Tuc biscuits just to try to get through the day is absolutely heartbreaking and certainly not my idea of a luxury all-inclusive holiday. And before anyone says, “It’s Egypt — everyone gets Egyptian tummy” — NO. I don’t accept that as an excuse. Having personally witnessed some of the hygiene practices during our stay, I believe there are legitimate questions that need answering.

    “Toller Urlaub”

    Es war wieder ein toller Urlaub, das Hotel KaiSol Romance kann man nur empfehlen. Waren bereits das 3. mal da. Toller Service, absolute Sauberkeit, Mega gutes Essen, toller Strand, sehr schöne Zimmer. kommen sehr gerne wieder.
