The only iffy part was when I’d checked in online on the outbound flight it turned out those seats did not exist no it required me to check in again at the airport and gave a slight delay. Although ultimately it was no big deal!

the hotel was very nice and clean and it had a lot of things to do which was perfect. the only problem i had was we didn’t get given all inclusive wristbands and didn’t know we needed them, this meant that for the first day until this matter was resolved we had some problems with the all inclusive drinks as we were accused of not being apart of the hotel. when we tried to explain to the bar staff we didn’t know we had to have wristbands the tone and attitude from the bar staff became very standoffish and rude which made me and me partner feel really uncomfortable, so much so we felt very awkward using the all inclusive bar even after we got our wristbands sorted

Our room was fine but the shower was either freezing or boiling, and towels and bedding were very old and used. We also had to pay three euros a day to have the use of the safe.

Accommodation was fine we stayed in 2201. Two problems one air con not cold enough and there was no curtain over one of the windows plus overhead shower did not work correctly however their was a hand held shower. Room could do with a upgrade but it was very clean and the above didn't distract us

Management were advised that signage is required to the private swim up apartments as we experienced other holidaymakers trying to use the pool - no respect was shown and management didn't really deal with the situation just saying to the people to be a bit quieter - not you shouldn't be in here !!
