It's supposed to be a 4 star but more a 3, drinks are same price as town but served in plastic cups with mostly ice. Beds are hard and description of rooms is misleading as deluxe with pool view is exaggerated. Was nice and quiet and I understand a refurb is happening Oct 26.

It’s very quite which was ok for us, but might be too quite for some.

We booked a deluxe room, whilst spacious (7m x5m) and a large comfortable bed there was only the equivalent of a single wardrobe with 7 hangers as provision for our clothes. There were NO drawers and NO shelves, we had to live for 14 days out of our suitcases. We do not consider this acceptable in a deluxe accommodation in a 4 star hotel. We are not the only guests to raise this matter and actually wonder whether we were allocated into to correct class of room.
