Faulty electrical supply to room , given two hairdryers that blew up , told an electrician had attended and and faulty wires repaired, but he left a third hairdryer that had exposed wires, just taped up . Went out and brought own hair dryer and didn’t use plug socket again . Was told that this was the first time had a problem with sockets , and felt that is was our fault . Was first told to change rooms next day , then when went back different manager told us no chance , the room has been booked out we would be fine . Such bad service

Hotel godny polecenia. Obsługa w obiekcie bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie lecz baseny przy pokojach premium zostawiają wiele do życzenia. Niestety nie należą do najczystszych, w pierwszy dzień pobytu drabinka służąca do wychodzenia była uszkodzona lecz po interwencji u obsługi została naprawiona dnia następnego. Śniadania są smaczne lecz bardzo monotonne gdyż codziennie jest to samo a ze względu iż hotel nie jest duży ilość potraw również jest niewielka. Na plus jest fakt iż hotel jest 18+ przez co w ciągu dnia na obiekcie jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho. Jedynie sąsiedztwo pizzeri z salą zabaw dla dzieci powoduje że czasem wieczorami słychać bawiące się dzieci ale nie jest to uciążliwe. Ogólnie oceniam hotel na 5 z małym - 😉

Very clean, quiet and great staff

It's supposed to be a 4 star but more a 3, drinks are same price as town but served in plastic cups with mostly ice. Beds are hard and description of rooms is misleading as deluxe with pool view is exaggerated. Was nice and quiet and I understand a refurb is happening Oct 26.
