    Love the hotel accommodation but thet never read the emails you send them. We have been to suncity 4 times and they have a terrible habit of splitting families up and putting them on completely different sides of the hotel. We emailed before we visited weeks in advance got an acknowledgement. We asked to be in the same block but as always when we checked in completely different blocks and my 2 sons in a double room and me and my wife in a twin which we had to swap round ourselves late at night. We manged to get a room in the same block the next day but 2 single beds pushed together as a double. We also emailed to say it was my sons birthday the day we arrived, my wife's birthday and our 21st wedding anniversary while we were there, no messages of congratulations or acknowledgement was bit disappointing considering they had all this information. Someone at the hotel seriously needs to take a bit more care with people's bookings was very stressful check in yet again.

    One problem the cleaner left the balcony door propped open everyday letting mosquitoes in my husband had several bites which led to a visit to the chemist for antibiotics cream and a security issues as our balcony wall was low level so people from next balcony could climb over and enter our room. Spoke to cleaner and boss to keep closed and still left open. Spoke to reception and Tui rep and no one seemed to be bothered they did not even ask our room number etc. Therefore we had no choice but to put the do not disturb sign on door mid week so we did not have room cleaned or replenished with clean towels etc for the rest of the week, as we found we could not trust that the door would be closed.
