    Upon arrival at the hotel, your dropped at the 4 star building, then informed your actually across the road in the garden wing. Once we checked into the garden wing, we discovered our room was definitely not 4 star despite the booking being made for a 4 star hotel. The room was a 3 star at best, while the bathroom was barely a 2 star! The air conditioning unit was useless, and the view from the room was very disappointing as it looked over waste ground / old building site. After spending an uncomfortable night in the very disappointing room, we inquired about upgrading to a room at the beach front building, as this was what the website had portrayed. Most of the photos on the website are taken from views of the beach front side, and not the garden wing. Finally after paying an additional €210 we changed rooms, then learn that you can only have breakfast at the beach front side and enjoy the beach views. Lunch and evening meals are available in the main restaurant at the garden wing building. The next sting in the tail, was to find out that the azure bar at the adult only pool is not on the all inclusive package. So you would have to buy drinks from there unless you wanted to wonder off to a point where you could get all inclusive drinks. The way it’s advertised is very creative marketing, as it leads you to believe that the garden wing is on the same site as the beach front side. We fully expected to be in one of the wings down near the tennis court area, but obviously this was not to be. We made the booking hoping to have a lovely beach front hotel, and be able to switch off and relax once we got checked in. The upshot was very different, and we found that we didn’t relax into the holiday until three days in. Very disappointing overall, and if it had been advertised clearly we would have booked somewhere else.
