The room was cleaned every day. Food was great able to find something different to eat every evening, entertainment was good , only downside was most of the sun beds were taken by towels placed early in the day , with no one using them, even though there were notices saying , not to do this. The pool could have been larger.

We weren't expecting to load/unload our suitcases onto the coach. Was happy to do this however my partner had to unload/reload other people's suitcases who were placed in front of ours as the driver didn't offer any guidance. There wasn't enough sunbeds for the amount of guests and no one explained that they were positioned in shady area due to the movement of the sun. No one mentioned that the pool area was overlooked by apartments. The pool was smaller in real life than what was shown on the website. The waterfall feature was never turned on. Most of the hotel guests smoked in the seating area which made it not a nice place to sit if you didn't smoke. The waitering service was a bit hit or miss. You had to give your room number even though we were \"all inclusive\". The waiters forgot where the orders were placed and walked past with your drinks. We decided to do a trip to Barcelona to view the fountain experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and offered lots of advice however most of her conversation was about pickpockets and I was anxious and nervous about walking around.

See previous comments. Small pokey rooms with additional charges to use the room safe. Poor noise insulation between rooms and floors. Zero insulation between bathrooms! No views - other than residential tower blocks. Access to beach via underpass because of the mainline train track immediately outside the hotel.
