Food wasnt replished once it was gone it was gone. All inclusive no snacks in the morning just ice cream and small snacks in-between 4 and 6 was just sandwiches and cake and of course ice cream. No toaster until 3 days in as someone complained as the toaster was broken but there weren't going to replace it until someone complained. Pool was lovely rooms were clean. Was it worth the money not at all.

No entertainment at all maybe just a couple of nights would be a little better

There was a real lack of child friendliness. The TUI webpage for the hotel stated there was a children's swimming pool. There wasn't! There was a round jacuzzi-sized pool that was 50cm deep that was attached to the main pool. Completely false advertising. That's not a children's pool. Also, the hotel room, despite being marketed as a family hotel, had no child safety features at all!! The children's beds were a high bunk bed and lower single bed, which were completely unstable for a 1 year old to sleep in, as he would fall out in the night and hurt himself. The hotel also doesn't provide travel cots or bed guards. This meant that there was nowhere suitable for our 1 year old to sleep, and he had to sleep in the double bed between me and my husband every night. I was shocked that nothing was provided for babies or young children. Had we known this prior to the holiday start date, we would've brought our travel cot from home. Furthermore, there were no cupboard locks or stairgate a. The balcony door didn't lock on one side, and the front door only closed properly if you locked it - you couldn't just close it and be safe.

Rooms very dated, first impression name of hotel had characters missing, no toaster at breakfast, shower flooded

Only 1 room key for a party of 3 adults. As room needed key to operate electric / lights, it meant if 1 person was staying in the room, they had to be woken up etc to let the others in or to lock the door when the others went putb( room door only locks with a key). Food choice was limited, as expected, but tasty. Would benefit from a dessert offering at lunch time other than fruit or more sweet snacks in the afternoon as there weren’t many and went very quickly . Some garden areas, where sunbeds were, needed grass cut, and plants trimming etc. Limited seating in the evenings - only a handful of tables and these were undercover where it was incredibly hot. More Tables around pool area on an evening are required as sitting on a sun bed is not very comfortable. Sign on outside of hotel had missing letters - doesn’t give a very good first impression.
