We had to transfer rooms as our first room was right next to the kitchen and very noisy especially through the night. We were then moved to a room with a view of the mountain in a quieter part of the resort. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities and a good air conditioning unit.
Show moreWhat the brochure said to what we got were miles apart, the pool area was so unsafe broken tiles the pool water was always murky and not inviting at all, there was more broken sunbeds and umbrella```s than good ones and not enough sunbeds for everyone in the hotel, To get one of them you had to get up by 5-30am or they were all gone which is ridiculous as we were supposed to be on holiday. The dinning experience was something else as some days they would run out of food and we would have to tell the staff and wait for them to bring more out from the kitchen and if there was food there was no plates to put it on. All in we are very disappointed in what Tui have sold us the hotel was not up to receiving guests, when we asked the rep if they had walked around the resort and looked at all of the areas they responded with No i have not which we found quite unbelievable as everyone was moaning about the hotel, We dont understand how Tui was still sending people to this hotel as its not what its says in there brochure.
Show moreI would not recommend it as TUI advertises it. If that's what you mean. Basic hotel, food not great (so forget all inclusive), no entertainment except of an evening of Karaoke if that's you're thing. I would just ensure whoever books understands the hotel limitations.
Show moreNo hot or cold water available 2/3 times during our stay in our room. Had to request clean bed linen and towels as after a week had not been changed and this was requested on two or more occasions. Wi-fi not always available in bedroom as booster was missing on pole outside block. Generally service was poor in restaurants. Had to ask for cutlery, water, wine and for plates to be cleared from table in between courses. Slow to replenish food and plates. Limited choice of food. Smelly toilets round pool area, sunset bar was dirty and had not been cleaned for some time. Seats damaged with cushions torn and missing. Not enough sun umbrellas or loungers. Multiple trip hazards round pool area and pool was cloudy looking. On arrival informed reception it was our golden anniversary trip. This was not acknowledged in any way. On our visit to the Italian restaurant we were told we don't have any pizza! the Asian/Oriental having been shown to our seats and served wine we then had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The bar staff in the evening were the most \"on the ball\" staff in the whole hotel. Very disappointed that TUI were sending their clients to this hotel knowing there were ongoing problems. We were not expecting 5 star facilities at a 3 star hotel but expect a good service and cleanliness as standard from any hotel that TUI is providing. Very disappointed TUI.
