    Apartment was lovely but not very clean. Balcony was filthy and was told we don’t clean the balcony’s, shower towels were not replaced every day and we went 3 days without them being replaced, room was not cleaned properly, we dropped a few crisps on the floor and it was still there 4 days later, you had to walk every we’re in the apartment with shoes on as if you walked bare foot or with socks on they were black with dirt, the entertainment team were lovely and did well with the equipment they had, we played archery with arrows that were selotaped together and the bingo machine they used in the evening was a joke, it’s what I would buy a 3 year to play with at home with. Was told when we booked the accommodation it was a 15 min walk into los americas but actually it was over half an hour so we got taxis as it was to hot to walk which after 2 weeks we spent well over 100 euros. I would not return back to this hotel again or recon it to anyone unless there is a mass improvement. Very surprised tui have this hotel on there list to stay as we have booked our holidays with tui for nearly 20 years and have loved each and every hotel we have booked and stayed in

    We had a one bed apartment it’s was clean They came in everyday fresh towels and made beds Was very comfortable

    The hotel (Villa Mandi) do not do a daily cleaning service, for the full 2wk duration our room was only cleaned twice by hotel staff including bedding. I would return to tenerife however unfortunately not to this hotel.

    We love Villa Mandi! It’s our 3rd trip there this year. Great location if you want to just chill around the pool. There’s a little mini market right there and a bigger supermarket a 10 minute walk.
