    The accommodation was clean but due to entertainment starting far too late I wouldn't return or recommend it to families

    The room was bog standard room, a bed, bathroom and a desk (we have had better rooms for a family of 3) but the room was only used for sleeping and getting ready - I wish the fridge was bigger as it didn’t even fit many regular bottles of water in the fridge. We did have problem with ants. But we blamed our selfs due to leaving ‘food’ out so we made sure that we didn’t eat in our rooms. Room was clean, plenty of towels. Our key card did glitch 2 times so had to go get that sorted to get in the room. Nothing that stressed us out

    Overall it was a nice place, but alot of rude staff, ai wasn’t great in terms of drinks, luckily I’m not a big drinker anyway but not much to choose from, I ended up paying for other drinks instead of using the ai, food was ok I’m a very picky eater but managed to find something at meals, I always keep my room clean regardless so only needed a change of bedding & towels which was provided when needed, just there’s a bad issue with ants, we was on the 2nd floor and still had a lot of ants coming in the rooms, there was an awful smell coming from the shower drainage. Nice and big hotel just wasn’t for me and my family so I wouldn’t return.

    My room key card failed 5 times so 5 times we went to reception for a new card and my sons emergency medicine for sezuires was in the room no apology from staff at the reception desk just was handed a new card
