    Most of the staff at the accommodation are fantastic and are the best thing about the hotel. The reception staff, animation team, lifeguards and service staff go above and beyond to make your holiday an enjoyable one. However there are issues at the hotel; Food labelling - On 3 occasions during our stay I found that the food was labelled incorrectly. In the main restaurant I got fried cheese ********** for my daughter. The ingredients listed were all vegetarian, cut into it and found it was fried meat (poultry) with cheese in the middle. One day at the beach snack bar I got spaghetti with tomato sauce over the top, which was listed as tomato sauce with all vegetarian ingredients, took a bite and found it was bolognaise sauce full of meat. In the main restaurant got what was labelled as a fish burger and when I cut into it found that it was meat (poultry). This is unacceptable for vegetarians and also extremely dangerous for people with dietary requirements and allergies. TUI need to do something about this as it could have fatal consequences if allowed to continue. Bedrooms - The bedrooms are very run down and in need of renovation. The bedroom we stayed in had a large crack in the marble sink, exposed uneven plaster in the bathroom, black mould on the shower curtain and the fridge cupboard door was hanging off. The air con in the room was not working when we arrived but this was fixed the same night by the hotel maintenance. Hotel security team - The hotel security staff are rude and judgemental. Rather than make the hotel feel safe, they make it feel like a prison camp. The hotel entertainment team is the best we have encountered at any hotel we have ever been to and are a credit to TUI and to the hotel.

    Staff excellent, activities excellent, food good always something to eat, beer terrible, the hotel needs a long overdue revamp the cleaning staff are on overdrive doing a good job
