The hotel has cockroaches, found in my room also they were in the disabled toilets in the lobby ground floor. It seriously needs to be looked into. I reported to guest relations but didn't seem bothered or said for anyone to look into it. Please look into it is important. Unfortunately I was so scared I didn't get pictures or video but there is a problem. Food very repetitive buffet and staff in the all a cartè restaurant didn't find friendly for a solo traveller and it was my birthday and they were told. The sky bar I went to in the end which the service was amazing food delicious. I definitely would not go back to this hotel because of the food buffet, location, and although the room was nice that I had upgraded as a treat to myself for my birthday with sea and pool view cockroaches is unacceptable and the cleaner didn't empty my bin in my room or replenish the tea, sugar they don't do much.

Hotel lobby looked great, bedrooms and balcony not very clean. Our service by the waiter’s was very good, others were not so good. Food was reasonable but there was a big problem with finding bowls and cutlery especially at breakfast. The food wasn’t very hot one of our group went down with diarrhoea on the second day. Not enough glasses in the bar, only one barman and he was run off his feet and we were served with frayed plastic glass rims not good for a so called 5 star hotel. Definitely would not recommend this hotel

beds comfortable in room, bath shower ok. cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom were non existent. no aircon in bedroom. hotel all inclusive bar constantly running out of cups/glasses and Diet Coke (none to be had for days. Some staff very rude and lazy. only prepared to serve you if you gave a tip. other staff over worked to compensate for poor staff. managers did not care about their staff and provide cover when staff not there. Restaurant. this is a real mixed bag. Good points: good selection of food and our waiter went above and beyond. Bad Points: food Luke warm or cold, every meal time there was a shortage of Bowls, cups, glasses, plates and spoons. when staff asked to provide these items they disappeared and may have come back with a couple of items or didn't come back at all. however there was a microwave. Hand cleanser was empty on day one and despite being asked daily a new one did not appear. I would like to point out that two of our party went down with diarrhea. On 3 occasions I witnessed a restaurant managers/supervisor was verbally bullying staff and shouted at them whilst they were doing their work. One of these with the All INC barman who was struggling to find glasses to serve customers in the bar. This barman was seriously under stress by the lack of support from the management. I felt that other staff in the hotel were openly targeting single female residents trying to form a relationship. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was in a good location however it didn’t come up to my expectations, it was not a 5* more like a 4 . There was no evening entertainment apart from a singer on the night before I left .
