Lanzaroti airport WHEN ARE YOUR COLLEAGUES WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING? BECAUSE WE HAD TO HAVE AN ASSIST WITH A WHEELCHAIR. I'm on the other colleagues, we stopping us going through the assist booking point.
Allowing people in front of us that didn't need an assist to go through first. Why she was asked by one of the assist people to put 4 wheelchairs in front of 20 other people, she told man and said, no, we've got a weight where have you else in the airport? Allow the wheelchairs to go through straight away. Perfectly, this made me disappointed with your company.One person can ruin it for all the other good people you've got

We love the location of the hotel, the children’s entertainment needs improving as young children, including our autistic granddaughter were all running behind the stage doors that wasn’t locked, the entertainment team tried to block the doorway with a trolley which posed an Health and Safety risk as children were moving it out of the way. We reported this to the hotel reception who asked us if we wanted to speak to the entertainment manager in which we said we did but he didn’t bother to contact us. The receptionist was very polite however and understood our concerns.

The accommodation was immaculate, our room was upgraded upon arrival (we’d booked a standard room with garden view) but got given a pool seaview which was amazing. The drinks were amazing however the food lacked resulting in us eating out most nights. The entertainment for children was great such as the blue running mat on the water, there was always something on for all ages. The entertainment at night could be better, its on a stage that has 2 doors that have no lock, all the children was running through the back of the stage and out the other door, however only my child got “told off” the entertainment team came up to us firstly speaking spanish to which we had to use a translator to explain my daughter has special needs and has limited understanding and limited danger awareness, they put a trolley infront of one of the doors to stop the children running through but my daughter had moved this big trolley which was on a stage which could of resulted in injury not only to herself but another child around her, the doors definitely needed locks to stop this as its a health and safety hazard, my parents on a separate booking did raise this with the receptionist but no manager got back in touch with us. However the accommodation was beautiful & the location is perfect

Accommodation was ok they cleaned every day and towel change also big bonus. Husband got give. A room near all entertainment and it smelt funny we asked to be moved and were accommodated next day. Overall clean and basic. Fridge in room was bonus to Keep water cold

The hotel was really lovely, the staff all friendly and welcoming, and helpful. There were areas of in our bathroom that needed tidying up, ie. some sort of dirty residue leaking through the ceiling tiles about the bath, the woodwork peeling around the door. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great. The lifts worked perfectly which was important for my father in law who cant manage the stairs.
