    The food was rubbish and luke warm i lived on salad an bacon bits for the week,not enough staff on in the bar area which resulted in long queues,plastic glasses all the time even a coffee in the main bar area,entertainment was a joke,room could have been cleaner,just because there getting ready to close for the season doesn't mean we should expect anything else compared to summer months

    Beautiful place, staff were amazing but due to us going at the end of the season less and less options were available. On a rainy day the snack bars were closed and just two trays of plates of sandwiches were put in the bar. Lovely clean place, nice location being in the middle of the airport and Kos. We would go back to Greece but possibly not back to this hotel unfortunately

    Perfect holiday from the beginning to the end , as a solo traveler I felt very safe , it was an ideal location for peace and quiet away from retail ,a spacious great room, comfy bed and very clean nice white linen sheets . The whole team at smy hotel splash resort provided 100% customer service in all areas of the hotel to ensure that all guests had an enjoyable holiday. Safety around the pool areas for children was paramount with life guards which is essential and so important. The restaurant and bar staff team are welcoming and do work exceptionally hard and the food was excellent, a big thank you to the SMY hotel team for making my holiday just perfect, and a big thankyou to you Tui for such a brilliant holiday , I will look forward to returning , kindest regards paula

    I personally wouldn’t recommend for me, but acknowledge it may be great for others. It was too remote (which I knew in fairness), the food wasn’t varied enough and not everything had allergen information (nothing on desserts for example), the entertainment was far too loud our first night (though was slightly better other nights), and there wasn’t enough loungers around either pool given there isn’t many other places for people to go near hotel. The fact it leaked so heavily when it stormed was very concerning.
