This was our second time staying at the hotel, we love the calmness of it, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also the sunbeds are SO comfy!

Another Exceptional TUI Holiday from Start to Finish This was our second TUI holiday to Cala’n Bosch and our second stay at the wonderful Caramelo Hotel within a year. Once again, the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. From parking at Cardiff Airport, getting through the airport, the flight itself and the fantastic cabin crew, everything was smooth and well organised. On arrival in Menorca, getting through the airport and onto our transfer was equally straightforward. The whole journey from leaving home to arriving at our hotel could not really have gone any better. Caramelo was every bit as good as we remembered. The rooms, food, facilities and, most importantly, the staff are all first class. On arrival we were initially a little disappointed that we couldn’t have the same room, or an adjoining room, to the one we had last year. As it turned out, we needn’t have worried. The room we were given had an even better view and we were absolutely delighted with it. When we passed the receptionist later, she was busy with other guests, so she simply got a very enthusiastic double thumbs-up from us! 👍🏻👍🏻 Unfortunately, my partner developed a form of vertigo during the holiday. She was seen by a doctor and cleared to fly, as well as everything being dealt with through our insurance. Because we were concerned that the movement of the coach might aggravate her symptoms, we made the decision ourselves to cancel our return transfer and book a taxi instead. I want to make that clear because this was entirely due to our circumstances and absolutely no reflection on TUI or the transfer service. The return journey was again flawless. Menorca Airport, the flight, the crew and our arrival back at Cardiff all rounded off what had been another excellent experience. We have always been people who prefer to visit somewhere different rather than return to the same hotel and resort. Cala’n Bosch and Caramelo have completely changed that. We returned for a second year, enjoyed it every bit as much as the first, and fully intend to return again next year. A huge thank you to everyone at TUI, Caramelo, the flight crews and everyone involved in making the journey and holiday run so smoothly. Another exceptional experience from beginning to end, and we look forward to doing it all again next year. ❤️

“Only addults”

Het is een only addults hotel alleen moet je wel meedoen aan handdoekje leggen, dat gebeurt al vanaf half 8 in de morgen. Om half 9 zijn alle bedjes voorzien van handdoeken en moet je dus naar het nabijgelegen strand. Lig je op een gammel.bedje met een parasol die 0,0 bescherming biedt en tussen de huilende en krijsende kleine kinderen en babies

“Mooi!”

Mooi en zeer proper hotel met goede ligging aan gezellige jachthaven. Vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Adults only, dus rustig. Sfeervolle muziek aan zwembad, goede ligbedden en altijd plaats. Lekker eten. Top!
