Basically because of the lack of service with the flight being diverted to Bulgaria as mentioned in the first comment. Additionally we were in the plane for a an extra 4-5hrs on top of a 3.5hr flight and only recieved half a cup of water. I think a formal compliant will be coming your way.

There are very steep steps from the road and I was not aware of these. Staff service a little haphazard eg. Not given the card for electricity in the room. No door on bathroom and limited resources in kitchen. Very old and unhealthy looking chopping board for example.

Lovely rooms with balcony views , nice pool with comfortable poolside loungers. There is a really friendly porter called Christos who carries your bags , he was the star of our holiday , really nice friendly guy .

The accommodation was clean and tidy had horrendous problems with our door key which at times we weren’t sure we could get back in there was no answer on the emergency number. No choice on breakfast it was delivered so we had to put up with it despite asking for something different

Great location
