The staff were so friendly and helpful. Cleaning of the room was done every 3 days which was fine, but the grounds were cleaned daily and were immaculate. Our holiday was mid September, there were mostly adults there, it wasn't overly busy so we're able to get a sun lounger around the pool at anytime throughout the day. The breakfast selection was good, with fresh fruits, cereals, breads, pastries and hot food. The gym was small but had everything you would need for a holiday workout, except heavy free weights. It didn't have any air con so was hot, even at 7am! I was a little apprehensive about the shared terrace, but there are little privacy walls between apartments so you still keep a sense of private space but also feel like you have a much larger area to relax in. It wasn't clear in any of our holiday documents that the transfer wasn't directly to our accommodation, but was to a hotel down the road (a few minutes walk only) but the driver was kind enough to drive us up there as it was dark but explained our transfer back to the airport would require us to walk down the road. The transfer for our return journey was on time but full, when we arrived at the airport the Tui desks weren't open so we were all left to queue. It took so long to drop off the bags and we had to run through the airport to get to our boarding gate so not to miss our flight. Our flight was the first flight with other flights going to Manchester and Birmingham after ours but all TUI flights were being checked in on the same desks rather than having a specific desk for each flight. Our flight was over lunch time and due to the long wait to drop off the baggage there was no time to eat in the airport, consequently most passengers were buying food on the plane and within 10 mins the flight had ran out of the majority of the sandwiches.
