    “Spodziewałem się czegoś lepszego przy 5*”

    Ogólnie hotel był OK, ale wymaga zdecydowanie remontu, co widoczne jest szczególnie w pokojach i na korytarzach/w windach. Największy minus to jednak bardzo powtarzalne jedzenie. Ogólnie jest go dużo, ale prawie wszystko smakuje tak samo. Sytuację ratują restauracje a'la carte. Dodatkowo jakość drinków i napojów na słabym poziomie. Bardzo duży plus za personel, zjeżdżalnie, wesołe miasteczko oraz super rafę koralową. Na koniec muszą wspomnieć o bardzo przykrej sytuacji podczas wycieczki do Hurghady (shuttle bus z hotelu). Kierowca nie pojawił się w umówionym miejscu, żeby nas odebrać. Po godzinie czekania, razem z drugą parą z Serenity Alpha wzięliśmy taxi i wróciliśmy do hotelu na własną rękę. Manager z Serenity Alpha nie chciał pokryć jej kosztów. Początkowo wypierał się, że hotel organizuje tą wycieczkę, a potem zaoferował zwrot 10$ - czyli ceny za taxi, której żaden turysta w Hurghadzie nie dostanie, i która stanowiła połowę rzeczywistego rachunku. Ostatecznie nie zwrócił nic, a rozmowa była ekstremalnie nieprofesjonalna!

    This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. There is so much for the children to keep them entertained. While we didn't use the animation team the pools and pool areas were fantastic. The waterpark and children's pool were great and very clean and safe. The lifeguards were fantastic and really friendly and helpful. Never a fuss for a sunbed. Every member of staff has great from management to reception to housekeeping all aiming to make your stay as amazing as they can. You can't walk past a member of staff without friendly welcoming interaction The funfair rides were great entertainment for the little ones in the evening. Very well run and keeping the little ones safe. The food was great and varied and the Tau restaurant for TUI guests really was a great bonus to avoid the hustle and bustle in main restaurant. All of the other wait staff again were brilliant and looking after our little one keeping him fed and entertained. A special mention to our housekeeping staff Muhammed Ali (we stayed in room 7122) always kept the rooms clean with plenty of everything provided. He kept the little one entertained with his towel creations and especially went above and beyond on his birthday (which we didn't tell him) by organising a yummy cake and amazing decorations. Very said to be leaving such an excellent resort and I really can't wait to return
