    The accommodation was ok(ish)! Considering it's only 4-5 years old the whole hotel could do with quite abit of TLC. The building looks nice and white in the pictures but there paint is peeling off, lights not working in corridors. Lifts sometimes work. Bedrooms are nice and big but again could do with some TLC. There's holes in the tiles on floor, doors are falling apart and the key cards to get into the room stop working, I had to go to reception 3/4 times to get the keys reactivated. The TV's don't seem to have any signal so can't watch it. Our bathroom had a big chip out of the sink worktop, it had been repaired but it was a bad job. The aircon was great :-) The pool area and pool was always kept clean. The restaurants were a bit hit and miss, some days the food was good, alot of the days it wasn't. I did have a few days with an upset stomach. Service in the ala carte restaurants was very rushed, sometimes we hadn't finished our starters and the mains were coming out. We often had to ask for drinks. The waitresses at the pool bar were great always coming with drinks so couldn't fault them.

    Damaged handles, broken balcony door dirty bathroom spots from paint everywhere few cockroaches in the room. Funny smell in the room all the time. Room service not cleaning main areas. Swimming pool not in the best condition got more dirty during our stay- including pieces of hair extensions on the bottom. Entertainment by the kids pools area only for adults. Entertainment team around pool not friendly and very dismissive unless you’re a drunk Spanish speaking. Lifeguard by the slides Very akward to the point that my kids just didn’t want to go on slides anymore unless I go with them

    It was very spacious room. And the cleanliness of the whole complex was excellent. Our mini fridge in our room was filled up everyday and we had our room cleaned and serviced every day.
