    There were a couple of issues. The sink plug did not work nor did the phone

    Hotel was ok. Rooms were dated, some staff very rude, pool shut a few times due to other holiday makers using it as a toilet, pool bar stunk if urine, food court was like a cattle market, amount of people selling things were not good, we were told by entertainment team who I got to be fair were great around the hotel told holiday makers it was a free trip to another hotel yes the transfer was free but had to pay for everything whilst there. Tried to see the rep to find out what time we were being collected to come home never managed to see them had to use app and chat to find out no info re this was on the notice board. Al a carte restraints were lovely which we used in the evening due to chaos in the main hall. Which was very hard to use with an autistic son and the carnage that was other rude holiday makers

    “można polecić, ale z minusami”

    Ogólnie zakwaterowanie i personel hotelu mega miły, ale... Niby napoje darmowe w barku w pokoju i mieli uzupełniać, a okazało się, że trzy napoje po jednej puszce i uzupełniają co 7 dni. Pokoje bardzo czyste. Jedzenie w głównej restauracji bardzo monotonne, ale dobre. Do restauracji a la carte nie opłaca sie iść, bo w karcie do wyboru tylko z pośród trzech dań i nic ciekawego. Jeżeli chodzi o basen z barkiem, to personel baru super - mega kontaktowi panowie i lubiący żartować. Leżaki na spokojnie da się znaleźć nieważne o której godzinie i nawet personel szuka tobie leżaka. Plaża też fajna. Wycieczka do Kairu - fajnie pojechać zobaczyć, ale przewodnik bardzo niewyraźnie mówi po polsku i już lepiej byłoby po ang to poprowadzić. W muzeum przewodnik mówił nawet ciekawe rzeczy, ale pominął dużo interesujących historii które warto by opowiedzieć.

    We loved the hotel - room ws great and cleaned spotless every day. The food was amazing. Buffet restaurant was chaotic but we were able to book a different a la carte restaurant each evening so this wasn't really an issue. Staff were also fantastic at the hotel
