    Recommended

    Incredible setting with beautiful scenery and a grest selection of pools. Good activities programme although we were there for rest and relaxation, which there was an abundance of space and variety of contrasting locations to do this in. Food and drink was good but the variety of available beverages could have been improved. Spa was also very \"salesy\" and pushy but overall our experience was excellent and the accomodation was second to none. Available trips outside of the complex were quite varied although the shopping trip we took was not great and the tour guide was more interested in telling us about the barber he used than the local history or where to shop. Did not enjoy this trip at all but did not take much away from our overall experience. Would highly recommend the hotel, and Tui as an operator

    Accommodation fine, our favourite hotel. We had problems with assistance at Exeter airport. There is no hook-up to the plane only a steep ramp. My wife needs a wheelchair up the ramp to the plane, then coming home a chair down. The TUI crew did not announce on return trip for assistance people to stay seated if they needed help or a wheelchair. They always normally do this. It was a late flight, short staffed, so a problem for someone to take a chair up. The same going out, we were told the staff could not go up the ramp with a wheelchair. TUI need to be aware it is difficult with assistance at Exeter. Holiday was perfect

    “Immer wieder gern”

    Wir waren zum 9. Mal in diesem Hotel und würden immer wieder hinfahren. Das Personal ist an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten, das Essen hervorragend, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, die Anlage wunderschön im Kiefernwald. Die Alleinlage des Hotel-Komplexes ist traumhaft, keine Hotelburgen rechts oder links. Wer auf Party wert legt oder lange Strandspaziergänge liebt, der wäre hier allerdings falsch. Für alle anderen perfekt.
