    Recommended

    Very clean hotel maid service and drinks replenished daily. The hotel as a whole very clean just needs a bit of sprucing up. The staff are remarkable very friendly helpful and smiling. Plenty of food options to choose from hopefully be back again next year.

    We had stayed at Secrets the Vine back in 2023 then returned this summer 2026. As good as our first visit. Staff are incredible. Food and variety is amazing, hotel is stunningly decorated

    The accommodation was excellent overall, and we were very impressed with the hotel. The service from all the staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. The food was of a very high standard, with an excellent choice at every meal, so there was always plenty of variety. The entertainment was especially good and was one of the highlights of the holiday, with something enjoyable happening every evening. We did have to change rooms halfway through our holiday due to an air conditioning fault, but the hotel dealt with it quickly and efficiently, making the whole process hassle free. Our original room was on the lower floor on the north side of the hotel, and it was a little noisy because of the air conditioning exhaust units outside. We soon got used to it, but our new room on the south side of the hotel was excellent and much quieter. The pools were very good, with plenty of choice and lots to do. The beach and sea were nice, although there was quite a lot of seaweed. However, we expected this for the time of year, so it didn't affect our enjoyment of the holiday. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay there again.

    Encountered incredibly rude waiter at restaurant, meaning we didn't go back to another restaurant as so shaken up by experience. Also, the spa was appalling and forced me to have a massage wearing damp shorts despite begging to be allowed to take them off as they were so uncomfortable. Management did not address these issues despite raising them, and simply kept introducing new people that we had to tell it all over and over again, with no response provided other than \"Sorry\". Also shower flooded room on first day and had to complain to get room cleaned. Room service took 2 hours and items missing. Overall some truly bad experiences and terrible lack of response from management.
