The staff at the hotel absolutely made the holiday. They're a credit to the hotel. Nothing was to much trouble.

Very poor food. Telephone in room never worked despite reporting it countless times

Although on the SW coast it was east to get to the Gap, Carlisle Bay and Bridgetown

The accomodation was a great venue on the beach. It's a bit tired in some places but generally very good. Sadly when we arrived both toilets in both rooms were blocked which was resolved quickly. The water turned off due to a faulty pump a few times during the 2 weeks which wasn't great. There was damage from a leak in one of the bars and the rum shack was closed for a refurb for the first week of the holiday. Food wise, breakfast was good, lunch was nice but limited in healthy options. Evening meal was hit and miss, generally average food and service and no buffet option at all was a challenge having to booked restaurants every two days for the next two days. If you were not in the dinner queue for 8am your options were limited. On 3 occasions there were no tables left on site at all so we had to go out of the hotel to have dinner at additional cost. Really not great for all inclusive

Hotel overall OK but looks tired in some areas. Tiles missing in pool sun beds tatty. After an 8 hour flight was told could not access our room for 2 hours after reaching the hotel. This is not acceptable
