    It’s a selling place for to become members and kept getting asked I go away to enjoy my holiday not be pestered to become a member

    I felt like a second class citizen. We were only allowed to go in certain bars, restaurants, pools and parts of the beach. Most of the ones we were allowed in were closed. Plus the al a carts were supposed to be on a first come first served basis and we were not allowed to book. However we were turned away on several occasions even though we were there for them opening as the premium and royal elite costumers were allowed to book and they couldn’t accommodate us.

    Comfortable and clean, some parts looking a bit tired, but some renovation work was going on. Have been numerous times to this hotel and have booked to go back again next year.

    The accommodation was very big so it’s a credit to the staff all at hotel for cleaning and keeping everything as good as it was there. Only downside for us was the Brazilian restaurant was closed when we were there. Hotel was very quiet but it is low season after all

    It was supposed to be a garden or pool facing accommodation. It faced the road where the staff walked back and forth to work so not private and on ground floor. It was also dark and didnt get any sunshine. We retuned back one afternoon and the air conditioning was leaking from the roof and there was a lot of water on the floor. This was repaired and cleaned up very quickly by the maintenance and cleaning staff. The fridge was not always refilled and we rarely had glasses to use for drinks. We had to ask for more clothes hangers as there were only 10 for 4 people. The room was also only stocked for 2 people.
