    It was supposed to be a garden or pool facing accommodation. It faced the road where the staff walked back and forth to work so not private and on ground floor. It was also dark and didnt get any sunshine. We retuned back one afternoon and the air conditioning was leaking from the roof and there was a lot of water on the floor. This was repaired and cleaned up very quickly by the maintenance and cleaning staff. The fridge was not always refilled and we rarely had glasses to use for drinks. We had to ask for more clothes hangers as there were only 10 for 4 people. The room was also only stocked for 2 people.

    lovely, clean, large spacious room. Could easily fit 5 sleeping. Rooms needed more cupboard / drawer space however.

    We arrived at the hotel around 5.30PM, and checked in, almost immediately we were approached by one of the staff members offering us a seat, then he proceeded to offer a free 60 massage, however after 10 minutes of listening, he was selling to us, in order to get the massage we'd have to show a credit card and listen to a sales talk for 90 minutes which would take place the following morning, I advised that I won't be doing this after 18 hours of travelling I didn't want the first experience of my first trip to Mexico to be a sales pitch. It's a shame that, after spending almost £4,000 for a week's all-inclusive holiday, we were offered \"upgrades\" which gave us better access to \"restricted\" parts of the hotel, better food options, additional pools, better beachfront access, etc. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked. It wasn't just as we arrived; each morning we had a card left on our door to speak to someone. Also, the evening entertainment started with \"games\", which also felt like a sales pitch, giving contestants the opportunity to win \"sandos\" dollars/points, etc. We didn't attend another entertainment session and avoided staff where possible and when. However, the bar staff, reception staff and restaurant staff were amazing. drinks/cocktails were great, and the food was above average, although booking the restaurants was rather difficult due to no availability , with them mainly being unavailable (however, tipping staff could get you a table - in an almost empty restaurant)

    It is a large complex but still very walkable - we certainly didn't mind the 10min it took to the main buffet. But also took advantage of the closer option near to the family block on some days. The bunk beds don't have great head height due to the room design . Balcony's aren't very big but that's not something that bothers us particularly. Having 3 pool options kept the holiday experience fresh as we rotated round depending on how we were feeling on the day-particularly its difficult to plan around activities as these aren't very well advertised so you don't really know what is going on when and where. I don't think that RE Members really need access to all the bali beds along the family area especially when they were ever hardly in use it seems such a waste- it's not like they don't have access to plenty of their own specific areas. Evening entertainment was short lasting and again other than the main attraction not advertised. As a family just to be in amongst nature was an experience an the photos we will treasure-although I still don't get why people would want to try and touch them when we are the strangers in their habitat!

    Hotel was wonderful great food selection, family room was perfect and slept 6 of us 2 adults and 4 children. Pools where great and so many options. Drinks options great. Staff friendly and helpful would definitely visit again
