    The room wasn't what we thought going by the pictures on the booking we had 2 queen beds instead of king-size and no sitting area

    The setting was amazing, however we have experienced a very noisy visitors that were loudly arguing outside of the room. The slides were showing a huge sign of wear and tear which at points caused scratches on our skin. The water pipe in our room kept us up all night .. it felt like a mixture of things. It hotel setting is amazing, Some of the rooms needing some TLC so did the hotel in general. The shared spaces were nice and so was the last room we were staying at otherwise a little more was expected. The rep in the hotel Tobby has done a fantastic job to help us dealing and solving the issues..but still it left us feeling meh about the facilities. We lots a Couple of days dealing with different issues unpacking an packing bags. This was not part of the holiday and took 3 days away from our trip.
