Scallions Inn was like the Greek stays we enjoyed when we first started travelling many years ago

The staff at my hotel were so lovely, the family at Sacallis Inn were very genuine and welcoming, with a lovely restaurant and bar. The pool was nice however I would have appreciated some more sun beds. The hotel was right on the beach, with hotel sunbeds at a decent price per day. Cleaners were friendly and cleaned the rooms to a decent standard, though I have had better in other hotels. Overall it was very nice, close to a shop and many restaurants and beach activities.

The general public areas of hotel were very clean and decent standard, the room we stayed in was basic, bathroom was very small, with short shower curtain which caused lots of water on floor. Don’t know why, but the door to bathroom had a gap like a toilet cubicle. The cleaning of room was hit and miss, top bedsheet and towels were not changed ( I don’t think ) Also floors were not cleaned every day, balcony not at all. All that said, the service levels and hotel staff were excellent.

Staff = AMAZING Room = small and we didnt have a towel or sheet change in the 7 nights we were there and umm, the top sheet had holes in it! Sunday we were told they dont clean so not even the ********** bin was emptied. Again, not really a big deal but you should know.
